American Community Association

Mission Statement
"Restoring and preserving our American republic through building a foundation of community with patriotism and self-sustainability."

About the ACA
The American Community Association (ACA) focuses on reconstructing the sense of community by building "neighborly relationships" through local outreach and providing important information the public should be aware of in order to restore our free society.

We are a small community group located outside Atlanta, GA made up of locals who love freedom and information. Our goal is to inform the public of current events and political issues that the mainstream media does not necessarily cover, as well as provide a sense of community by building and supporting outreach programs.

The Lamp Post

The Lamp Post is the medium the ACA is using to get the information out there. Our goal is to be a nonpartisan alternative to mainstream media that aims to promote a well-informed society. The name came from a Facebook group created by one of the founding members of the ACA that was used to discuss different topics, such as politics, religion, current events, etc. We strive to be a neutral, fair and informative source that our audience can depend on in order to bring them accurate news and information on a variety of topics.

Since The Lamp Post is a strong supporter of the United States Constitution, including the First Amendment, political correctness has no place here. Ideas and reports will be as objective and respectful as possible, but our goal is not to avoid controversial issues under the guise of political correctness or out of fear of offending someone.
